Places Finder – Android Location App

Developed a smart location-based Android application to help users find nearby places such as hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and tourist attractions using Google Maps and Firebase services. The app includes user registration/login, category-wise place discovery, detailed place info, real-time reviews, and a dedicated admin panel to manage places, users, and feedback. Built using Java and XML with Firebase Realtime Database, Authentication, and Storage for robust backend support. Designed with BottomNavigationView and Fragment-based architecture for smooth navigation and modularity.
